Cheryl Frampton

It seems whenever I spend any length of time at my computer I am always in my PJ's- so whilst learning to create this blog, guess what? I am in my PJ's (useless bit of information) Hi, my name is Cheryl Frampton and one day before Hurricane Charlie hit Florida, myself and my husband and youngest son, ( not so young) relocated from London to Sarasota, Florida.
That was August of 2004 and we survived along with the other three that followed, guess you could say we arrived in style.

My life has been very colorful to say the least and on that basis I write books to help and encourage others, more so women. ( sorry chaps, but it's for women). My first book and life story titled "For Crying Out Loud" led me on the road to radio and TV shows in the UK, giving help and advise on dealing with and breaking free from all forms of abuse. You can check my website out and my Top Ten Survival Tips here you will find all sorts of info about myself and information to great websites that offer support and help.

Some people tell me that after the life I experienced, why, don't I just enjoy being happy and living in such a beautiful part of the world, just rest.... REST! are you kidding, it is because of my experiences and the total freedom of fear from past the I do what I do and try to reach as many women as I can. It may be madness to some, but to me it is a PURPOSE AND PASSION.

Four years have passed since our whirlwind arrival. Blimey! so much has happened. Now let me think, yep, another book completed, set up my own event company to bring happy people downtown Sarasota. Started a new first fiction novel. Best of all is the arrival of my first grandson Wil who is 18 months old and my first granddaughter due Christmas 2008. How lucky am I?
On a sad note our family dog of 15yrs Muffin, went to doggy heaven almost a week ago. We miss him so much and my first experience as losing a much loved family pet. On a bright note, he is out of pain and I like to think of him running around young and free again.

If that is not enough, my family and I are moving once again out of state. We are very excited about the new possibilities and adventures. I have learnt so much from living and working in Sarasota but feel its time to move on and learn something new. Creating major new events, and working with some lovely creative people has been a joy. I am thankful to the media and press for all their stories and support.

My love for helping others will never die but now I will move in a new direction both as an author, speaker and business
woman.
You know I don't know why I always end up catching up with new updates in my PJ's just seems to work out that way.
Thanks for all the lovely emails and until next time I get around to this, my motto is 'Think It, Believe It, and sure as hell Create It.

Bye Everyone- don't forget I always love hearing from people.
Cheryl
